Hill Station Tapas Bar and Restaurant - Brings the Taste of Asia, Europe and America in Baguio City A Miele Guide-awarded restaurant located in the historic Casa Vallejo, Upper Session Rd. Food & Drinks Serves breakfast meals, tapas, soups, sandwiches, salad, pasta, steaks, stews, curries and other dishes. Beverages offered such as cafes, teas, sodas, liquor and cocktail drinks. Must Try: Caesar Salad with Shredded Duck Confit, Crispy Duck Flakes, Lamb Tagine with Honeyed Prunes, Mediterranean Vegetables and Couscous paired with Pita Bread, Moroccan Spiced Baby Back Ribs, Ice Cream Palette (Benguet Coffee with Choco Chips, Mango Rum, Salted Caramel Ice Cream, Dark Chocolate with Cayenne, Vanilla Cinnamon).
