Nice spot for lunch or dinner while taking in the sights in Banff. The food is regional, seasonal, and prepared in an open kitchen. The main restaurant upstairs has great views, a more sophisticated menu, and cozy atmosphere. Downstairs is a more casual environment and menu.

The bison is a great place for a wide selection of food and drink. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for unique and thoughtfully prepared dishes with excellent ingredients. Cozy place, good foods, nice staff and service. Reasonable price and portion. The chef's definitely put effort on the plates.
