Absolutely love this entrance to the park. You can fish, Kayak, walk, run, ride your bike, play golf, hike. Just marvelous!

This park surrounds the city. It's called the Emerald Necklace. East, west, South and lakefront all offer wildly differing geographies. My favorite is the South Chagrin Reservation where you can traverse a meadow and slip onto a bridal path that hugs the Chagrin River. It's a beautiful river - certified cold water habitat. Excellent for taking a dip on a hot summer's day. Ask me how to find the waterfall. ;)

Every weekend we walk and hike through our beautiful Metroparks!! The Metroparks go on and on and on through various Cleveland suburbs. There are picnic pavilions, grills, hiking trails and paths, golfing, jogging and horse trails, rivers (steelhead fishing) Nature Center and so much more!! I have included a photo of my dog Sky in the Metroparks in the fall. Gorgeous!!
