Love the Blue Bird. Prior to having internet at the house I would visit the blue bird and enjoy a cup of coffee while catching up on work. Now I love to go there for their coffee, a scone, or some quiche. The blue bird is a great little stop in cafe for a quick pick me up.

Iron Mountain Hot Springs is new to Glenwood, but offers a number of tubs at varying degrees. Iron Mtn is a bit closer to the Colorado, so this is a great place to enjoy sitting in a hot tub, having a beer or glass of wine and looking at the stars. Iron Mountain is a very social place and you always get into conversations with other in the tub.. If you get too hot or too cold you can switch to a different tub at a different temp. Tubs vary in size, and they have a large family friendly tub and also have quiet zones. We really love it!

The short hike to Doc Holliday's "possible" grave is a bit of work for the first block, but by the time you catch your breath you've reached the top! This is a great little hike in the late afternoon or morning to get some activity added to your trip and the bonus is a great view of town! Interesting for kids and adults and a must do, when you visit Glenwood Springs!

The short hike to Doc Holliday's "possible" grave is a bit of work for the first block, but by the time you catch your breath you've reached the top!
