It's located on the 10th floor (where many other restaurants are) of the shopping mall called Tokyu Ginza Plaza. If you are lucky to sit by windows, you will have a nice Tokyo night view. The restaurant offer extensive udon menu with some side dishes. They are served in large ceramic bowls which you can order different serving sizes.
