Pine Creek is my favorite place to x-country ski. You can ski up to the cookhouse and have an amazing (somewhat pricey) meal. Great holiday treat and/or romantic getaway. Worth the ski in. You MUST have a reservation.

We are BLESSED to have true public transportation. The buses run ON TIME, with many opportunities to board. You can ride from Carbondale to Glenwood Springs and all the way to Aspen. If you want to experience the Aspen nightlife and avoid a DUI, ride the bus!
