Go to the South up to the Central Post Office (in the intersection). You can hail taxi/online taxi from this this post office (for it makes the driver easy to find you).

When you are hungry, you can eat some locals meals and especially satay from rabbit (try it if you have not taste it in your life, low calories, nice taste). From the apartment, it takes around 45 minutes by car/taxi. Please go in the morning for the fresh air. Make sure to leave this place after 3 pm for less transport is available after that time, unless you bring your own car or bike.
