This is my favourite restaurant/bar in the city. Tuesday special is wings and deep fried shrimp. Wednesday special is wings. I love the julienne salad. It is so large you will likely have leftovers.

Almost everyone loves Timmies! There is another location that may be closer walking distance, at the corner of Huronia Rd and Big Bay Point.

I think this is the best Chinese food in the area, and lucky me, it is close to home. They deliver too. I have a takeout menu in the kitchen cupboard, next to the dinner plates.

McConkey Park is a city owned park, with swings, slides, playground equipment and lots of space to catch a ball, play Frisbee, etc. You can access it from my back yard!
