There is something for everyone with a lot of interesting bars and restaurants all along Central Ave. The pier is a great spot for walking around and enjoying the water views (also has a great park and splash pad for kids). From steakhouses along Beach Drive, to the breweries along Central Ave and the beach vibe of St Pete Beach you have everything within a 15 min drive.

With plenty of green space to walk around, direct access onto the newly developed St Pete Pier and full of palm trees it's a great spot to check out. Beach Drive is home to plenty of good restaurants. The pier has amazing water views and loads of space for kids to play including the splash pad. Stop for some high end shopping at The Sundial and head to the Rowdies parking lot for the Saturday morning farmers market (from fall to spring).

Recently developed and connecting the heart of Downtown to Grand Central. It can get busy down here on game day for the Tampa Bay Rays, but check out Fergs for their infamous sports bar wings and Green Bench Brewery for the best Pilsner in town.
