You choose what has been picked that week and leave your payment. Yes, it's the honor system. You can call ahead to see what's available or visit them online.

Our Hideaway sits on the outskirts of the El Dorado National Forest. On the drive up you may see cars parked along the side of the road. This is the trail that will lead you into the forest for swimming holes and hiking.

We highly recommend visiting this flower farm. It's a bit of a drive however you will discover the Amador County wines on the way. Stop for lunch, wine taste, and visit the farm!

You can't visit our hideaway without visiting Placerville. Downtown is a walk back in time. Known as Hangtown, it was the home of the Gold Rush. Today it features amazing restaurants, art galleries, shopping, even a Yoga Studio!
