If you've never been to St Augustine, obviously you have to check this area out and dig into the history of the area. Some of it can be a little touristy and kitschy, but it's charming and a must visit, overall.

This place has awesome take on southern food, including amazing biscuits, eggs, waffles etc. And the local area near the restaurant is a great place to go for a sightseeing walk to burn those biscuits off:)

To me this is a wonderful little neighborhood that's perfect for exploring on foot or bicycle. It has a mix of historic houses, quirky houses and expensive houses. Eclectic little neighborhood that I like.
