St. George is just one of many enchanting, walkable streets in the Historic District of St. Augustine, and getting lost among the side streets is part of the fun of experiencing this small northeast Florida city. On the narrow avenue, boutiques, bistros, galleries and gift shops are tucked into cubbyhole-sized storefronts. Also home to the Nation's oldest wooden school house.

A1A Beach Blvd., the Pier area offers free amenities like pedestrian ramps, beach access, a splash park, a covered pavilion, showers, bathroom, and parking for both regular vehicles and handicapped parking.
The pier also has beach volleyball courts and bocce courts and is walking distance from other beach and swim apparel shops, seaside restaurants, and coastal hotels.
There is a Farmer's Market on Wednesdays from 8-noon.
