Take the low level train up the street from Exhibiotion station to Balloch, Loch Lomond, it is a one hour train ride. You will find yourself in one of Scotland’s most beautiful lochs. Lomond shores has restaurants, a sea life centre, shops and boat trips all around Loch Lomond. This is my favourite part of Scotland with breath taking view of Scotland’s Ben Lomond mountain and LOCH Lomond.

Luss is a tiny Scottish village on the bank of Loch Lomond, it houses tiny arts and crafts shops, cafes and a stunning little beach / pier. As part of a family day out to Loch Lomond we recommend a trip to Luss.
