My goal is to help you navigate the different areas with ease. You can walk, bike or take a free ride with Beach Buggy! Download the Beach Buggy App! For the Beaches Town Center at the end of Atlantic Blvd, there is free valet parking located off Lemon Street between 1st & 2nd Ave if you are going to enjoy a restaurant located within the Town Center.
Our Beaches Town Center is located 1 mile north from Sunrise II Condos. Just step out onto the beach or outside our gates street side and turn north on for a lovely walk or bike ride to loads of restaurants, shops and nightlife possibilities. Just 1 1/2 miles north for some fun amongst the locals!

One of my favorite restaurants for a relaxing lunch or an exciting dinner experience. Outdoor seating available and I sooo enjoy people watching along the sidewalks of our Beaches Town Center. The service is fantastic!

Coop 303 is one of our newest restaurants owned by a local restaurateur. I have been there a few times and always enjoyed it. Great outdoor patio area to dine overlooking the town center!

Poe’s Tavern grinds their own meat in-house for a fantastic burger! Everything on this menu is made from scratch! Outdoor seating available.

Ocean 60 is another locally owned restaurant. A bit on the higher end side for dining and they have fantastic happy hour specials. Sometimes they have live music during dining so check with them to see what is happening before you go.

Mezza Luna is another locally owned restaurant and if you get there before 7pm the kids can help make their own individual pizza with Maddox at the brick oven pizza bar. There is also a formal dining room and an outside patio dining area. Homemade pasta in-house and a fantastic wine list. Local musicians playing almost every night in the lounge dining room. One of my favorite places to dine!

Slider’s Oyster Bar - Great place to sit outside and have some oysters on the half shell. Many other fresh seafood selections as well. Live music outside too.

This is a local favorite! Great Tapas, great wine as this is also a wine store and you can pick wine from the shelves and enjoy while dining. Great beer selections too! Staff is amazing and very knowledgeable of wine and food! Outdoor seating also available.

Neighborhoods
Take a bike ride north of the condos and ride through Neptune Beach toward this beautiful town/neighborhood of Atlantic Beach! Its one of my favorite beautiful places with wonderful people out and about walking their dogs, exercising, being social with neighbors. A great vibe all around and perfect place to ride bikes safely. Take 1st Street from the condos and go north through Neptune Beach. In 1.7 miles you will come to the a stop light. This is our Beaches Town Center. If you continue to go north, take a right onto Ahern and then a left onto Beach Ave. You can ride on Beach Ave safely and enjoy the beauty of this area. It will wind a bit from Beach Ave to Ocean Blvd and then you will be able to return to Beach Ave to continue north through this area. Enjoy!

Just steps away, this hotel is historical and has a great rooftop lounge overlooking the ocean/beach! The Sunday Brunch is fantastic so make your reservations!
