Another great place for bar food. Live music a couple nights a week (it can get loud). I love this place for the tempeh burger. You can get veggies instead of fries - but the fries are awfully good!

This is our neighborhood bar and restaurant. Convenient to the train station and just down the hill from us. Very good and consistent bar food - burgers, sandwiches, vegetarian options. A good late night choice.

Perhaps our favorite restaurant, esp. in winter. Excellent wine selection - there is always a cote du rhone by the glass for me! Phillip usually succumbs to his meat craving here. I opt for the tortellini app no pancetta and the Gorgonzola salad with walnuts. There is often a little piano or live jazz happening in the background.

Kerrytown shops are open every day, and Zingerman's is just across the street. We are big fans of the Zingerman's family of businesses. Excellent bread, cheese, olives and cured meats. Pastries half off after 5p. You can get all of your other groceries, including some very good fish at Monahan's, at Sparrow Market. They always have guac ready avos. Everyday Wines has some excellent choices, many in your price range.
