Head of the Meadow is closest to the Brady Cottage and where you can see grey seals "haul out" at low tide on the sand bars. There is also a good running/walking trail there. Race Point another favorite beach. Go to one of the Visitor's Centers and pick up the paper with list of activities, including guided hikes into the dunes.
