Parking in downtown
Parking in downtown can be challenging and they do usually take booting serious. There is curb parking all over downtown with paid parking meters, paid parking garages that usually cost $5-$10, some restaurants/stores do provide their own free parking lot or may be able to validate your parking ticket for free.
It may be better to uber/lyft around downtown if you are not ready for downtown traffic, and streets.
