The monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes was a Benedictine monastery. From the ruins of the old monastery, you can enjoy an exceptional view over the entire coastal sector located north of Cap de Creus, in particular the bays of Port de la Selva and Llançà. To the northwest of the monastery, shortly before reaching it, are the remains of the medieval village of Santa Creu de Rodes, including the church of Santa Helena de Rodes.

Montgrí Castle is a military fortification declared a cultural asset of national interest. It was built between 1294 and 1301 by King Jaume II, at the top of the Montgrí massif. The climb is a walk of (about) an hour and a half. From the castle there are the best views of the whole Empordà and the Costa Brava.

Among the many activities that we can do, we recommend you go for a walk to Port Lligat to visit Salvador Dalí's house, take a walking route to the Cap de Creus lighthouse or to the Cala Nans lighthouse, experiences that you will surely not forget.
