219 Popham RoadBest time to visit is at low tide when the beach is vast and you can walk out to the islands. Mind the tide so you do not get stuck out there. It’s my favorite beach to run. At low tide you can start at the Fort and do a 6-8 mile out and back all the way down to Morse River.
