C1 is more than a cafe, it truly is an amazing experience. I have taken people here and years later they still talk about it. An iconic Christchurch cafe in the old High Street Post Office. Utilising the pneumatic tubes, get your food delivered to your table through the pneumatic tubes. The coffee and food is great here, it is always busy so be prepared to wait a short while for a table. c1espresso.co.nz

Take a  scenic drive and discover the  picturesque views from Lyttelton to  Diamond Harbour. There are plenty of  places to stop along the way. I  recommend starting at Lyttelton Coffee  Co. You can then take the ferry to Quail  Island where in the 1870s it was used for  quarantine to help stop the spread of  influenza. There is a fantastic 2.5 hour  walk around the island. Hop in the car  and enjoy the winding roads that take  you to some amazing beaches.
