Hiking and activity suggestions below. The mountains and lakes are stunning, great hiking.
On a driving tour I recommend taking the Moose Wilson road in or out of the park. Schwabacher's Landing and Snake River Overlook are beautiful stops on the outer park road. On the inner park road take the North Jenny Lake scenic drive. Scenic shuttle boat goes across Jenny Lake in the summer. String Lake is great for swimming and Colter Bay also has a swim beach!
Taggert/Bradley Lake - Moderate hike to Taggert, beautiful scenery and gorgeous lake at the end. About 4 miles roundtrip, to Taggert Lake and back. Options to go longer.
String/Leigh Lake - Easy to moderate hiking along these lakes. Can go as far as you like and turn back. About 8 miles roundtrip to the end of Leigh Lake and back.
Jenny Lake/Cascade Canyon - Very pretty, very crowded. Can take boat across Jenny Lake or hike around. Moderate and varied options. Quick walk to Hidden Falls from shuttle boat or can go longer into the canyon or around lake. Check in visitor center for mileages.
Death Canyon - Beautiful canyon, moderate trail, less busy than Jenny Lake. Go as long as you'd like.
