It is specialized in Portuguese food, with the added benefit that meals are served in small portions so people can taste a variety of different flavors of the Portuguese cuisine all at once.

Galerias Bar has an international atmosphere, as it is very popular among tourists. It plays all sorts of music, but predominantly hits, danceable rock and 80's music. People do mingle and socialize quite easily here. There is live music until 1 AM. Cheap drinks!

Sightseeing
This is the best view of the city and probably on the best views in the country. It's located in Gaia, but it's easily reached walking throught "São Luis" pedestrian bridge. Views are stunning regardless of what time of the day or night you chose to go there.

It is very famous for it's odd architecture. The bookstore was frequented by JK Rowling, author of the Harry Potter series, when she taught English in Porto and is reported to be an inspiration for her writing.
