Neighborhoods

A great place to relax. Not as crowded as St. Augustine Beach and with miles of beach, you are sure to find a perfect spot to enjoy the sea breeze. Crescent Beach is a relaxed, coastal community located along A1A. Quick access over the Matanzas River on FL 206 takes you to US-1 and I-95. Maps, restaurants and shopping resources, coupons and information are on the desk and information board in the suite. I am always available to assist. Be sure to check out our very own residential beachwalk. The walk starts at the sidewalk at A1A just a few hundred yards north from the corner of Jellison Rd (road leading from A1A to Brevard St). The walk leads you over the dunes to steps down to the beach. Check out a beautiful sunset or catch a sunrise like my son did in this picture. Note: If you are on a bike and want to take a beach ride, access is easier by the Crescent Beach ramp located a couple blocks south of the walk.
