Food scene
So many great restuarant and bar options and all within walking distance! Here are a few of our favorites...but just so you know there are some fast food options too (McDonalds, Burger King, Happy Pizza, and Subway etc.).
This is a neighborhood bar with ample tvs and good food and beer selection. It also has a great patio!

Cute vintage hipster spot with literally the best hot dogs with tons of crazy toppings to create your masterpiece. They have a veggie dog too and amazing tater tots and fries with unlimited dipping sauces. Oh and live music (may have cover) at night. Otherwise during the day it's pretty family- friendly.

Luxe is another Detroit Shoreway staple. It's a trendy and hip Mediterranean-Italian bistro with a beautiful patio and excellent menu and cocktail selections. Great for a date night dinner- you may need a reservation on Friday and Saturday nights to be safe.

You'll be blown away with the stone patio and the attention to wood details that was put into this awesome Irish pub. Not to mention the bocce ball court in the very back...just an idea for a cold day!

This is a great place for breakfast (very affordable and delicious), but also has great middle eastern options for lunch and dinner as well. I especially love that they offer only turkey-based sausage and bacon. A++

Coffee, pastries and neighborhood feels
This is pretty much the neighborhood staple. Grab a coffee, latte, tea etc. and meet the locals has they grab their homemade pastries and coffee. It's just a down to earth kind of place where everything is made from scratch!

Neighborhoods
Cleveland is a city full of flavor and fun...you just have to know where to find it! This guidebook will help you identify some of the neighborhoods and local spots that make Cleveland the Plum that is truly is! Cleveland has top-notch restaurants at affordable prices, amazing breweries, and all of the cultural amenities and rich history that anyone could want (and did we mention it's AFFORDABLE!)! But if you just want a day on the water or at the beach it has that too! We hope that you end up loving the LAND as much as we do <3.
Just a few miles away and a quick ride you MUST visit Ohio City if you are in Cleveland. From the famous West Side Market, a myriad of breweries and restuarants as well as cute shops. W. 25th Street is a great place to take in the nightlife in Cleveland...I suggest Townhall for the younger crew but there are plenty of bar-hopping options within a few blocks. Also don't forget to stop by the Great Lakes Brewing Company and see the bullet hole and hear the story of Elliot Ness. Grab your growler! http://www.ohiocity.org/
