The pride of Bergen! the best place to go for stunning views over bergen and a lot of hiking trails. The walk up from the apartment is not too long either. Better than walking down town to wait in line to take the funicular up:)

The pride of Bergen! the best place to go for stunning views over bergen and a lot of hiking trails. The walk up from the apartment is not too long either. Better than walking down town to wait in line to take the funicular up:)
Either you take the gondola or you walk. Either way its the best way to get from Bergen to real wilderness in the shortest time possible. The hike from Ulriken to Fløien is also good but takes 3-4 hours for experienced hikers. Bring warm clothes and good shoes even in summer. The weather can change quickly.
