Monday – Friday we open from 12 noon serving lunch right through to drinks, dinner and everything in between, and on the weekends we also serve delicious breakfasts, opening from 9am. The à la carte menu is filled with classic and contemporary French dishes freshly prepared . In addition, their ever-popular set menu changes on the first Thursday of every month and offers fantastic value from £10.95 for two courses. “Serving simple, hearty French cooking, the menu is inspired by the flavours of Raymond Blanc’s childhood.” ”

“Highly recommend Côte Brasserie, located towards the top of Winchester High Street near the Westgate Museum. A weekday lunch and early evening menu is on offer Monday to Friday 12 pm - 7 pm, choose either 2 courses for £10,95 or 3 courses for £12,95. If you are able to get a table by the window on the raised part of the restaurant it is an added bonus! Great atmosphere and fab selection of food and drink, yet to be disappointed with the standard of service. ”

“Believed to be the oldest continuously running school in the country… Founded in 1382 by William of Wykeham, Bishop of Winchester 1366-1404, Winchester College is believed to be the oldest continuously running school in the country. Our guided tours concentrate on the medieval heart of the College and include Chamber Court, which takes its name from the Scholars’ and Fellows’ chambers enclosing it; the 14th century Gothic Chapel with one of the earliest examples of a wooden vaulted roof; College Hall, the original Scholars’ dining room; School, the 17th century redbrick schoolroom and the original medieval cloister.”
