“There is more than one building on this museum "campus". The Aviation Museum which houses the Spruce Goose, the Space Museum and a 3D movie theater. The Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum is an aviation museum which displays a number of military and civilian aircraft and spacecraft, most notably, the Hughes H-4 Hercules, popularly known as the Spruce Goose. This museum is family oriented and also gives discounts to veterans.”

“This little spot is a wonderful and special place to visit. The building is gorgeous and the museum hosts many fantastic displays of local history including NW peoples, animals, botany and geology and artifacts including the worlds oldest shoes! We love this sort of thing! It's located on the U of O campus as well. We walked around alone and it took us about an hour and a half. Well worth it. ”

“This is where you want to take your young children (age 0-12). It’s a general museum with collections of art, history, car stuff, etc.,tailored to children of course. They have some really hands on exhibits too, like building a bridge, construction stuff, and a clay studio. The Children Museum is located in Washington Park, along with a ton of other Portland attractions to do as well when you get out here. ”
