Sublocality Level 1
“A hot spot for good restaurants and bars as well. Have lunch/ dinner at Puro or Jojo's and at night go up the road to the bars on rua Pacheco Leao. Or to have a typical Brazilian meal/ delicious meat, go to Rubayat, the restaurant where you look out over horse races at the inner city jockey club. In the same area you have the beautiful open-for-all art school Parque lage which is worth a visit, they have recently opened a good relaxed restaurant inside. ”

Hotel
“Our apartment is just 2 blocks from the beach at Posto 10 (Lifeguard post 10). Its on Ipanema Beach where you will always find plenty of sports activities and beautiful people. The beach is more narrow here and the water is pretty rough. People spend most of their time in the sand, or in the surf in front of the crashing waves. ”
