“The iconic Camelback Mountain is by far the most popular hiking trail in town. To get to the top is not easy though and only for avid hikers or if you're conditioned for strenuous hikes. However, the hike to the first "peak" is not that difficult and many guest are satisfied with that.”

“This is by far my favorite place to hike that's nearby. There are a number of trails that connect and wind through the preserve, so you can cater your hike to your liking. I usually do a smaller loop of about 3 miles. There is a lot of natural desert beauty that you wouldn't expect so close to the city. ”
