Best things to do in Orlando

Science Museum

“The range of exhibits is "designed to inspire curiosity and exploration" according to the Orlando Science Center themselves, while there’s also a range of shows, presentations, and hands-on interactions throughout that aim to "bring the exhibits to life" – great for the whole family. Highlights include Nature Works, a huge space on the ground floor that details much of the surrounding Central Florida wildlife and ecosystems. There’s also KidsTown, a miniature town full of fun and interactive games. For the budding palaeontologists out there, DinoDigs is where you can uncover fossilised dinosaurs and inspect huge dinosaur eggs ”

“407) 645-5311 The Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art houses the most comprehensive collection of the works of Louis Comfort Tiffany found anywhere, a major collection of American art pottery, and fine collections of late-19th- and early-20th-century American paintings, graphics and the decorative arts. “This place has tons of fun things to do, eating, shopping, etc. There's a Ferris Wheel which is similar to London Eye. It won't make you dizzy, it's slow. The view from the wheel is spectacular. You can see lots of places such as the White Castle Hotel, Ripley's believe it or NOT, Wonderworks, places on International drive, etc. The ticket to Orlando Eye is about $26 to $30 dollar/person. Ferris wheel each chair can sit up to 6 people. The seats are nice to sit onto while riding. Inside the Icon building you can find many fun activities such as: Madame Tussads Wax Museum, Museum of Osteology, 7D Park ride adventure, Arcade city, Pearl express train, Orlando Starflyer ride, Sea life Orlando Aquarium. There are lots of restaurants inside and outside Icon Orlando, ice cream shop, coffee, and many places to shop, sit, take pictures, enjoy with family.”

“Mennello heavily focuses on the work of artist Earl Cunningham whose use of glowing, evocative colors made him an icon in the world of American folk art. The gallery is a just the right length, so you’ll have ample time to enjoy the outdoor area, which is perfect for a picnic with its massively shady giant oaks.”
