“Located in historic Uptown New Orleans Audubon Zoo offers an exotic mix of animals from around the globe, engaging educational programs, hands-on animal encounters and lush gardens. Unique natural habitat exhibits—such as the award-winning Louisiana Swamp and Jaguar Jungle—showcase the relationship between people and nature. Don't miss the daily animal presentations, chats and feeds; our highly endangered whooping cranes, Amur leopards and orangutans; our tiger; and our mysterious white alligators. Audubon Zoo is often ranked among the country’s best for innovation and entertainment value!”

“Jackson Square is just beautiful. It is the epicenter of the French Quarter. For a pretty selfie, walk across Decatur and up the steps and take a picture there, looking back towards the Cathedral. ”

“DUH..... lol It's the French Quarter in New Orleans. You can spend days here exploring and finding new things. Of course we highly recommend Cafe du Monde for beignets and coffee. However, there are some restaurants really worth seeking out here that aren't the ones touted to all tourists: Sylvain, Cain & Table, Cafe Amelie, and EAT to name a few! Some of the walking tours can be really enjoyable and the tour guides are usually people who love to entertain and often share some great history. If you do a riverboat cruise we highly recommend the Natchez... we call it the "booze cruize"... and it's so nice, just don't waste your money on the buffet (you'll find much better elsewhere)!”
