“We used to live in Kangaroo Valley and this was a favourite of ours. Lots of space indoors and a playground in the beer garden for the kids. Have the nachos. Top tip: Thursday is "locals night" which means free snacks!”

“Our favourite spot for brunch when we lived in Kangaroo Valley. They bake their own sourdough too — it's the best. Our recommendation: have the tartine. ”

“The iconic Hampden Bridge is the symbol for Kangaroo Valley. Next door to it is the interesting Pioneer Museum. If you drive up some of the side streets in KV, you will get the most spectacular views with the back-drop of our sandstone escarpment.”

“Kangaroo Valley is a small village numbering fewer than a thousand people. The village has excellent food options, art and craft stores and just up the road, the "best pies in the world". They are excellent. The valley is beautiful with the river, swimming holes and a handful of walks. ”

“Play a round of golf at the beautiful golf course! The views are stunning. You can also see the Kangaroos hopping around the grounds of the golf course at dawn or dusk. You can just drive in and around the roads to see the Kangaroos grazing. The golf cabins are private property so please do not disturb the residents and please do not drive on the lawns or the golf course.”
