Best things to do in Skye

Distillery
“"The Talisker Distillery is the oldest working distillery on the Isle of Skye, set on the shores of Loch Harport with dramatic views of the Cuillins. Producing an alluring, sweet, full-bodied single malt it is so easy to enjoy, and like Skye itself, so hard to leave". REVISED OPENING HOURS 2018 MAY - Monday - Saturday 09:30 - 17:00 Sunday 10:00 - 17:00 "As we are always busy here at Talisker there can be a wait for tour availability on arrival at the visitor centre. So we advise that you book in advance to avoid long waiting times or disappointment".”

“Pub on the shore, just a short, scenic walk from Lochbay. You can book in the 'restaurant' but we find it rather lacking in atmosphere. We prefer to eat outside or in the bar, although you may have to wait on busy nights.”
