Dieses Haus liegt in der Nähe des Strandes, der Verkehrsmittel und der Geschäfte. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung für alle, die nach Südaustralien reisen.

    A large villa with beautiful rooms, offering a chic, well-appointed base from which to enjoy and explore the beachside neighborhood of Glenelg, or easily access Adelaide’s other attractions.
    The house was built around 1900 and has large, elegantly proportioned rooms. It is filled with natural light and has been beautifully restored.
    Partridge Street is in the heart of Glenelg. The house is about 250 meters from Jetty Road (Glenelg’s Main Street). To walk down Jetty Road to the beach is a leisurely 10 minutes. The tram stops along Jetty Road. The tram is a pleasant way to get to Adelaide city center for the museums, shopping and sightseeing.

    Great location to access everything Adelaide has to offer - city, hills or beach. Just 5 minutes to the city for events like the cricket, Tour Down Under, The Fringe, Womadelaide, Adelaide 500 and Adelaide Cup. If theatre, dance or music is your interest, the Festival Theatre, The Entertainment Centre, and numerous venues for the Adelaide Cabaret Festival, Guitar Festival etc. are only 10 minutes away.
    Unley is a desirable suburb with everything at your fingertips - retail shops, supermarkets, cafes, parks and gardens. A 20 minute drive to the beach or 15 minutes and you're in the beautiful Adelaide Hills.

  • Debbies Hotel war sehr schön - geräumig, mit einem guten Garten, einem schönen Gästezimmer und einem bequemen Bett. Die Küche war gut und die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche waren großartig. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet - direkt in Unley, mit Supermärkten und einem Einkaufszentrum, das nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist, sowie schönen Geschäften und Restaurants, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Um in den zentralen Geschäftsbezirk zu gelangen, ist es auch nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Die Bushaltestellen sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Debbie war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin mit vielen nützlichen Tipps. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und würde auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten!

Das Frühstück war sehr nett und das Design des Hauses war sehr stilvoll und absolut makellos. Debbie gab einige gute Tipps für Cafés und Restaurants, was hilfreich war. It has neutral décor, high ceilings, timber & slate floors, stained glass, an all-weather floodlit tennis court, BBQ area & patios for evening drinks & relaxing. To ensure this home meets your needs please read the listing and house rules carefully before booking. The property is for guests only - no parties, functions or events.
    Positioned on Glynburn Road at Leabrook, in the heart of Adelaide’s leafy eastern suburbs, this beautiful old Adelaide estate home is set in formal gardens with gum trees on the fence line. This lovely bluestone property was built late in the 19th century and was originally used as a shop, hence its double-fronted layout and position fronting Glynburn Road. It is a beautiful example of the architecture of its time with its neutral décor, high ceilings, timber and slate floors, stained glass, tessellated tile verandah and generous spaces. It has an all-weather floodlit tennis court with a beautiful Chinese Elm framed slate patio for evening drinks and relaxing. A character-sensitive restoration some years ago by the current owner has produced a beautiful, elegant and very comfortable but unpretentious home with a comfortable lounge, conservatory-style meals area, elegant formal dining room, 4 bedrooms, a timeless white kitchen and 2 bathrooms (the main bathroom is huge)! The house is well equipped with ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning and some ceiling fans, new oven and fridge and Miele front-loading washer and Hoover tumble dryer. The large Sony flat-screen television is connected to a Bose sound system. Parking is in the single carport (with kitchen access) at the side of the house, with two further parking spaces available in the driveway behind the automatic driveway gates. Although the front windows are double-glazed, the front rooms still experience some noise from Glynburn Road during high traffic times, which is inaudible in the living room at the back of the house. Please note carefully: the house is NOT suitable for crawling infants or toddlers/young children due to the drop and stairs between the lounge room and the conservatory and between the outdoor patio and the lawns. There is also a step down into the fourth bedroom and up into the kitchen from outside. This home is a wonderful example of traditional Adelaide eastern suburbs classic architecture which has not been overdone by a sleek, ‘plastic’ renovation and papering over the minor cracks. You will really enjoy your stay in this almost 130 year old historic property, especially if you have an appreciation of the beauty, graciousness and charm of older character-laden Adelaide homes. A limited window of opportunity has arisen for guests to rent this superb home on a holiday rental basis. However, a longer-term arrangement may be considered for the right guests. The property is pet-friendly, but containment of pets within the fencing is not guaranteed as smaller pets may wander, particularly through the bars or under the front gates of the property. The safety and containment of your pets is your responsibility. This is your opportunity to enjoy the character, the charm, the peace, the space, the grounds and all that this beautiful classic property and Adelaide have to offer.
    This unique home is located on its own ‘island’ of land on Glynburn Road, next door to a small corner park and to the manse of the Knightsbridge Baptist Church. The local IGA supermarket, Leabrook patisserie/bakery/coffee shop and petrol station are two doors down the street for perishables, supplies, morning papers and coffee. The Feathers Hotel and a selection of Indian and Thai restaurants and a fish and chip shop are within walking distance on the corner of Greenhill Road and Glynburn Road. It’s a 40-minute walk to the shops and restaurants on the Parade at Norwood and a 10 minute drive to the iconic Burnside Village Shopping Centre. The Adelaide CBD, Mount Lofty Summit, Cleland Conservation Park, Mount Osmond Golf Course and Greenhill Recreation Park are all within easy reach.

Danach gingen wir zu einem der vielen lokalen Frühstücksgelenke in der Nähe. Dieser Aufenthalt lässt uns nach Adelaide ziehen!

    Welcome! We hope you will relax and enjoy our wonderful, restored, mid-C modern, architect-designed home which soaks in sea and sunset views along the length of the house! The house is open plan with loads of natural light and intrinsic passive heating/cooling. At night you’ll love curling up in front of the gas log fire, looking out over a sea of twinkling lights. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of local red or white wine on arrival and continental breakfast provisions that feature local produce.
    We’re delighted to have been able to preserve this great piece of Australian architecture situated in Bellevue Heights, a beautiful neighbourhood tucked away, with trees and views. In renovating this thoughtfully designed house we have tried to preserve as much of the soul and the features of the era as possible whilst incorporating quality, modern, appliances. In the main, this hasn’t been hard to achieve because of the wonderful materials used in the original build - like the mosaics and terrazzo in the bathroom and the stunning hardwood flooring throughout the bedroom wing. The furnishing of the house is sympathetic to the era, but not “cliched.” I’ve gone with what I love, which introduces slightly softer, more luxurious details than a strict “Mid Century” interpretation would dictate. For those who need to work, there are desks and power sources in bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 and a drop front desk in the lounge room. There’s heaps to do in the locality , but If you’d prefer to stay home, you can just enjoy the views from the lounge, or have fun together with some of the provided board games. Why not have a BBQ and relax in the open pergola, or have a leisurely breakfast with fresh coffee on the balcony, or outside the huge sliding windows that open onto the lower patio. Whichever outdoor space you choose, you’ll be able to take in those sea views! Please note, if you require total silence, this home may not be for you. You may hear some wind, some bird calls (including kookaburras), possibly even koala mating calls, and some road noise (the front corner of the property abuts a main road). However, this is a double brick house and the bedroom windows are fitted with roller blinds, full length sheer curtains and heavy, full length, block out drapes. You will also note that the majority of our guests give the location 5 stars.
    We are located in Bellevue Heights, conveniently within walking distance of Flinders Uni & Medical Centre and across the road from Sturt Gorge Recreation Park with its walking and cycling tracks. For those needing public transport, there is a bus stop within moments walk of the property. We are 2 minutes drive to world famous Pasadena Foodland, (check it out to see why it is deservedly famous), and to Tonsley Technology Park. Five minutes up the road in the other direction is Blackwood with it’s Hearth Bakery that makes organic, wood oven baked sourdough breads, other quaint cafes and a large selection of general shops and supermarkets. We are 10 to 15 minutes drive to Windy Point - with it’s classy restaurant, Marion Shopping Centre, SA Aquatic and Leisure Centre (State Aquatic Centre), Glenelg, Somerton Park and Brighton beaches, impressive Carrick Hill historic house and picturesque gardens, and Waite Arboretum. The city, with it’s vibrant - not to be missed - Central Market, is only 20 minutes drive away, also worth visiting while you’re in the city are the Adelaide Botanic Gardens, the State Library with it’s beautiful, historic, Mortlock Wing, ... the Art Gallery, Elder Park, the Zoo, etc! A 30 minute drive South takes you to McLaren Vale with it’s wineries and beautiful beaches beyond. Keep going and you get to Victor Harbour. We are also around 30 minutes to Hahndorf and other Adelaide Hills attractions. There are so many more things to explore from your home base in Adelaide! I just can’t remember everything. You’ll have to discover them and let me know!

    The whole house and gardens are available to guests. The house is bright, open planned living with living areas divided by a large modern and well appointed kitchen. A vibrant garden and patio area with modern outdoor lounge and eating setting adjoins the kitchen/ family area. A one car garage with automatic roll a door is available.
    8km from the city centre and Glenelg beach. There are 2 shopping centres within 2km and local shop1km away. The area could be described as quiet and respectful.

You’ll love my place because of it's vibrant colours the cosiness, the location and the people. My place is good for couples with children and single females only. If u have a baby I have everything a baby needs. My place is close to the city centre, nightlife, public transport, parks, public pools/gyms, shops.
    Plenty of storage in the room that u will be able to lock with a key. Brand new tiles throughout the house! Arm chairs for book reading, net surfing etc. HDMR chord you can hook your laptop up and watch anything via the net on the TV. A kitchen to cook in. Bright colours, good vibes. Lots of textures, good for sensory motor.
    Very safe neighbourhood where all the mod cons are no more than a 10-20min walk.

Nestled into a small, leafy, inner suburb along with many other C 1890 heritage protected homes, this luxury residence is very close to the National Wine Centre, the Botanic Gardens and the Adelaide Zoo. It's just a short stroll down North Terrace to the University of Adelaide, the Art Gallery and the Museum.
    You will see from our photos that the back of this property is much lower than the front. From our rear deck you look out into the Maple tree tops and down onto an enchanting garden. In summer, our rotunda at the back of our 470 m2 block is just visible through the Maples and in winter the wind protected garden is warm, sunny and inviting.
    This small, inner city suburb with its original C1890 heritage protected homes has the charm and charisma of an old English village.     At Hollywood Tree House you have the entire home to yourself. The home is approximately 700 squares on a nice size property, complete with pool and glorious balcony views over Adelaide. The home is contemporary but cosy. There are 5 big bedrooms all complete with King and Queen size beds. Two of the bedrooms have ensuites, the other 3 bedrooms have private bathrooms. There is a home theatre and a games room complete with pool table, air hockey table and a bar. The kitchen/Meals/Living area is open plan and central complete with a beautiful open fire place for cold winter nights. There is an extensive outdoor 3 level decking/entertaining area at the rear of the home complete with outdoor fireplace and a swimming pool. The front of the home has extensive balconies complete with a dining area, lounge area and informal sitting areas. The view from this space is why our home is called Hollywood Tree House...it feels like you are perched up high in a tree house overlooking all of Adelaide's beautiful natural surroundings. Located in the prestigious suburb of Burnside you are 2 minutes from Burnside Village (Fashion/brand shopping), 5 minutes from The Parade (trendy café/restaurant strip) and 10 minutes from the city centre. Perfect location for a glorious Adelaide visit. There is a double garage for parking which leads internally in to the home and there is atleast another 2 car parking available on the property as well as parking on the street if needed.
    Burnside is considered one of the most prestigious suburbs in Adelaide. That being said our neighbours are not at all snobby, infact quite the opposite. They are welcoming and friendly, although you will rarely see them as all our properties are quite large and secluded from each other. We live in a little cul-de-sac which makes the location even more quiet and private. It really is the perfect little hideaway...yet still so close to the hustle and bustle of the city if you want that too. The best of both worlds.

    Swaine House was built in1900as part of the original development of Rose Park by the South Australia Company. It was constructed in the classic Adelaide-villa style, with freestone facing and wrought-iron lacework detailing on the verandah. The original structure consisted of six main rooms, which are now utilised as four beautifully styled bedrooms, a sitting room and a family bathroom.
    The house was extensively renovated and extended over the course of 2014 and 2015, when the family bathroom was remodelled and a walk-in robe and ensuite were added to the master bedroom. The original features of the property were retained, including plaster detailing on the ceilings and the original skirting boards. An open-plan kitchen, dining, living and outdoor area was constructed to the rear of the original dwelling, with a ceiling height that reflects the proportions of the original structure. The house effectively combines the original character with modern amenities, and is heritage-listed as an original residence, contributing to the heritage value of the area.
    You are a short distance from the city centre and also a 5 minute drive to Burnside Village, which is the shopping hub of the Eastern Suburbs. Take a drive up the South Eastern Freeway to visit Mount Lofty where you can see all the beautiful views over Adelaide, or continue on to Hahndorf to experience the historical "German Town" feel.
