Park
“Just a 2 block walk, this park hosts the capitol and other municipal buildings. The history museum is nearby and there is an Ai Wei Wei outdoor exhibit of the Chinese zodiacs. I will also mention that there are a lot of homeless people here. If that makes you uncomfortable, I recommend you skip this park. That being said, I stroll there often (as a fan of Ai Wei Wei and local activist efforts) and I've never encountered an experience that felt unsafe or threatening. ”

“The South Platte Rivver greenway was the trail that started an urban waterway revolution turning deserted and trashed out urban rivers into parks with cycling, walking and recreational paths. The SPRT is part of Denver's extensive network of urban bicycle paths. If you are a cyclist, check it out.”
