“There is a pioneer's log cabin inside that will astonish you with how far we have come in 200 years! Other exhibits focus on the local quarries, manufacturing, and clothing and furnishings from everyday. Have you ever seen a real soapbox racer? ”

“My 3 sisters and I decided to stop into the Wylie House with really no expectations. We weren't sure if our visit would last 20 minutes or 2 hours. It took 2 hours! Our guide Sheryl was a wealth of knowledge. ”

“This is an amazing museum; the architechture is absolutely spectacular. The visiting exhibit, "A Step in Time Across the Line: Recent Work by Chee Wang Ng" was utterly fascinating. There was a musical concert going on while we were there, and we were able to listen to it as well. Great collection of art. There was a lot of thought in how to group the art, and display it. It was too much to take in with one visit, so I will be back.”
