“Inner Harbor is a sightseeing hub, home to Maryland Science Center with a planetarium and observatory, and the National Aquarium, featuring giant turtles, dolphins, and electric eels. The Top of the World Observation Level offers sweeping views of the city, while a collection of historic warships is docked below. Power Plant Live! is a complex of bars, eateries and music venues in a former power station.”

“Fells Point is known for its hip pubs and taverns, many with live music, as well as seafood joints serving Chesapeake Bay crab and oysters. Small galleries, record stores, fashion boutiques, and eclectic restaurants line the cobblestone streets along the harbor and main square.”

Kunstmuseum
“This museum hosts the original Washington Monument. It's one of our favorite places to go. William Thompson Walters, (1819–1894), who began serious collecting when he moved to Paris as a nominal Southern/Confederate sympathizer at the outbreak of the American Civil War in 1861; and Henry Walters (1848–1931), who refined the collection and made arrangements for the construction of a later landmark building to rehouse it. After allowing the Baltimore public to occasionally view his father's and his growing added collections at his West Mount Vernon Place townhouse/mansion during the late 1800s, he arranged for an elaborate stone palazzo-styled structure built for that purpose in 1905–1909.”

“The menu is an unabashed local lovefest — Maryland farmstead cheeses, regionally grown greenery, Tilghman Island crab pots — and the kitchen's knack for elevating native ingredients goes a long way in boosting the state's overlooked cooking heritage. House-extruded pastas and wood-fired, along with the killer brunch plates (don't miss the glazed doughnuts and the rockfish roll) all nail that elusive midpoint between elegance and accessibility.”

“I LOVE this place. It is basically a gourmet food court with a bar in the center and a fun restaurant/community vibe. All of the food stalls are from delicious local restaurants. There are tons of Vegan/Vegetarian options including one entirely Vegan stall (Stall 11). It is in the Remington (R) neighborhood.”

“A must try. Clavel is a Baltimore favorite. The atmosphere at this taqueria/mezcaleria is incredible, the tacos and drinks beyond and its not expensive to boot! If possible get there before they open at 5 PM, otherwise you are in for a wait. They don't take reservations. Make sure to get the Queso Fundido with Chorizo to start.”
