We operate a 30 apartment, courtyard style complex with a pool in the middle and that is also gated. It is immaculate and the location is second to none, directly next door to the Magic Castle Resort and directly behind the Kodak Theater Complex (Hollywood Walk of Fame) in the heart of Hollywood. We have 28 one bedroom apartments and 4 studios. All of the one bedroom apartments are of almost identical layout and decor as well as our studios. It is a 3 level property so depending on what floor you are on you will have either a private balcony or patio.
There are a few apartments in the center of the courtyard that will have neither but are larger in size.
You will love your stay with us and we look forward to having you as our guest.
You will not find a more desirable location in Hollywood!

My wife and I travel 300+ days of the year and this was our first time using (website hidden). We were a little skeptical but it turned out perfectly. Andrew made me feel comfortable with the reservation and the property managers were friendly, as well as accommodating. The complex is undergoing renovations and each day, there were new additions during our 30 day stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience and a place we could call home for the month! :)
I stayed at this place. I could not have been happier. The location was great could walk to everything. Place was clean and the people were very friendly. I would stay here again.
Very good location, right next to magic castle. Wi-Fi was a bit dicey at times, but other than that had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen appliances, comfy bed, secure parking, and helpful manager. :)
Our stay in this apartment was a very positive experience. The building manager and the owner were accommodating, attentive, and friendly. Our needs were always met with a prompt response and any issues that arose were quickly resolved. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a convenient location, hassle-free renta experience, and comfortable accommodations. The apartment was clean and had all the basics for us upon arrival. The complex is quiet and the pool was inviting. You will not regret your decision to stay here.
The apartment is really great! Best location in the heart of Hollywood. Close to all sights (Hollywood Blvd, Kodak Theatre, Madam Toussauds), shops and (website hidden) has everything you need, such as WIFI and a good TV.
There just a few little points that bothered me.The walls are kinda thin so that you can hear pretty much everything from the neighbors when you are not in the bedroom with the door closed. But in the end, it was a very pleasant stay.
A nice stay for a short while in the heart of Hollywood. Right on top of the Kodak theater, The Roosevelt Hotel ( Marilyn Monroe stayed there), next to the Magic Castle...so many great places to walk to. Drawback, very loud during Oscar night! The apartment was clean, safe and well managed. Tony the apartment manager met us right on time, very helpful and friendly. John, in Sales, very nice in email, never met him. The apartment had all the basics, silverware, couches, bed, fresh linens, towels, pillows, big tv, new stove etc. just fine for what we needed.thank you!
Overall, I was happy with my stay at John's apartment. When I first got there, I was concerned as the cleaning person was still cleaning with all the doors and windows open on one of the hottest days of the year, and the apartment was hot. Plus, there was only one room a/c through the wall in the living room, and no a/c but huge windows in the bedroom. I put the air on extra cold, and they brought me a fan, and after a while, the bedroom was ok. I still had to keep the living room a bit colder than I would have liked to keep the bedroom ok, but, overall, it was fine.
As it was described as being like a 4 star hotel, I did expect it to be in better shape (floor tiles were coming up, walls were not smooth having been plastered but not properly sanded), and the a/c problem when I walked in had me ready to try to back out. But, John and the building manager, Tony, did everything they could to fix any problem and were attentive to my needs. The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of drawers and a reasonably sized closet, and the tv was big, new and worked well. The appliances were also pretty new. I was able to hook my phone into the cable modem, and the location was great (right behind the Kodak theater, Hollywood and Highland complex, next to the Magic Castle about 5 minutes to walk to Grumans, and most of the Hollywood Blvd. attractions.
The building was mostly quiet, the pool and grounds were kept in good order, and after the first day (I was there for 4 weeks), I had no complaints. I'd certainly consider going back. Summary, don't expect it to be like a 4 star hotel, but, for the cost and location, it was a good choice, especially if you don't come during a heat wave like I did.
