Small, but elegant and stocked, welcome to our soundproofed, private hideaway with everything you need. Your undisturbed peace, your undisturbed PRIVACY is our priority. Especially at this NO CONTACT time of Covid. Self check-in and you will be self-sufficient here and quietly safe. Brand new AC guarantees the temperature of your choice, zero humidity down to below 70, and as warm as you need it during cooler winter. Large screened window over your small private patio opens to our delicious season weather, from November into May. An additional private AC is provided to perfect and lower your temperature, or to circulate air when window is open in cooler weather. Complete privacy is assured, no one will pass your private unit or private patio which are surrounded by fencing and foliage, just above your private parking in the driveway, and sealed with a locked gate at the back. Everything is at your fingertips, lights on dimmers, pillow top anti allergen queen bed: both mattress and box spring are zipped into sterile wraps and then covered with layers of rotated, sterile hot pressed linens and sun baked rotated pillows, for the ultimate freshness. Enjoy our recliner, and a rotating 42 inch SMART TV accessible to bed, kitchen and recliner. Tune in to 100's of Xfinity channels, including all SPORTS, NEWS, HGTV, Bravo, Starz, HULU, PEACOCK, TUBI, etc. Check the hundred saved movies also available to you on your Xfinity dashboard, from The African Queen to Once Upon A Time in Hollywood. Talk into your Xfinity remote, access your Netflix account, or watch one of 100's of DVD's in library under breakfast bar. Enjoy a full kitchen w/all appliances, dinner service for 2+: pots, pans, utensils and tools for most cooking/baking needs, full oven, electric 4-range, microwave, dishwasher. 15" hanging space is room for your better shirts, skirts, dresses and trousers. Sarasota is very casual... PACK LIGHT for your ultimate comfort, especially if you are two. There are 35 cubic feet of clean lined shelves and drawers in solid oak cabinets for the rest of your t-shirts, and items that do not need to be hung. Iron and ironing board are in cabinet behind bed, along with extra blankets. Cabinet above closet can hold your empty soft luggage or small hard luggage to keep floor space clear. Full bathroom includes jacuzzi hot tub with adjustable pressure nozzle plates and 4 point pressure spa and shower under sun/moon roof. Strong water pressure and endless hot water to 125 degrees (thanks to upgraded instahot!) guarantee a delightful spa shower/jacuzzi experience for both guests, at all times. You have your own washer and dryer in bathroom. All directions to easy appliances are explained on your welcome sheet, or on signs posted. Bath towels, hand towels, face cloths and JACUZZI SALTS are stored in blind bottom drawer of bathroom vanity, open for your arrival. 5+ scrumptious BEACH TOWELS are in linen closet under TV. Extra warm blanket is stored behind bed in built in cabinet, to the left, and iron and ironing board are behind bed to the right. Let us know if you need extra pillows. We have three varieties for your pleasure. Beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers are in your own personal MASTER-LOCKED "Beach/Bike Shed" where you can store your bikes, coolers, etc under no air during your stay. Your shed is in the GARAGE AREA AT TOP OF DRIVEWAY, the first thing you will see on arriving. Just in front of your parking, NEXT TO UNIT AND WELL LIT, and a MASTERLOCK key is provided to you ON REQUEST. We do not offer bikes, but we offer storage for yours. We offer a selection of beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. No snorkel equipment at this time. Extra luggage may also be stored in there, but know that this space is not air conditioned. No one will pass your window when your car is in the driveway. Your unit and small sitting garden/patio will be undisturbed and quiet. Daily, when your car is out, we sweep your patio for leaves, enter and remove garbage, retrieve used towels for you, which you can leave on the floor. Towels are washed and returned next day. On longer stays all bed linens and carpets are changed for you, once a week, at your convenience.
We also offer door hangtags if you prefer no entry, and ask only that you put out your garbage for us, especially on longer stays. You can use green sign or red on door, ie when car is in, or in when car is out, depending on your preference and circumstances. This further protects your privacy. Very safe, quiet, boring bedroom community. All the excitement of dining, art, beach and entertainment options in Sarasota are minutes drives away.

Vanity in bathroom is stocked with shampoo, body wash, hair conditioner, skin cream, toothpaste. Q-tips, hair dryer. Cabinets and drawers will be open on your arrival so you can find everything.
Toilet paper and laundry soaps are in lower cabinet of vanity, open on your arrival. Selection of bath, hand and face towels are in blind bottom bathroom vanity drawer open on your arrival.

You may request early check-in or late check-out AT TIME OF BOOKING, and we will do our best. AGAIN< please DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE AGREED UPON CHECK-IN TIME. Do not announce a five pm earliest check-in time and then message us at 1 pm on the day of arrival, hoping to come right over. DO NOT COME EARLIER THAN 4 PM or agreed upon check-in time, unless you have received a messaged welcome from us through the AirBnB thread that cleaning is complete, unit is sterile, and cleaners are off your property. We are booked every day, have only the one unit which is packed with amenities and appliances to detail to sterile sanitation, and we have very limited cleaning time. If the guest before you checks out early, then we may complete cleaning earlier than expected and will message you the minute the rooms are sanitized. YOU MUST HAVE A CAR TO BE COMFORTABLE HERE. We are 1-5 miles from ANYTHING. Do not request to stay here if you are not driving your own car, or rental. UBER, LYFT and cabs here are unreliable. There is a mile walk to even the main roads. Bee Ridge is six lanes wide and McIntosh is 4. This is a boring tucked away bedroom community, one DRIVEN minute from anything. You do not want to be here and we can not accommodate you without a car, thankyou for understanding. It is also our signal that you are out, and WITHOUT DISTURBING YOUR PRIVACY, if there is no red sign on door, and you are putting out your garbage, and turning off lights, AC and tv when leaving, THAT WE MAY ENTER THE UNIT to remove garbage, turn off lights, tv or personal AC that you may have left on mistakenly when you went out, and pick up towels that you are done with. We also can then run lawn equipment as needed WITHOUT DISTURBING YOU, which we do not do when your car is in the driveway, or you have placed the red sign on your door. THANKYOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.

PARK ON THE RIGHT OF DOUBLE DRIVEWAY. Your parking spot is yours only, for the length of your stay, and leads to your private entrance to your private unit. You are sharing the double driveway, and please park on the right side, or NORTH half of the driveway. Please do not park extra or over sized vehicles without getting our approval first. IF YOU WOULD LIKE PARKING FOR A SECOND CAR, JUST LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE, THANK YOU. Follow right or north side of home straight ahead to your private door.

Please DO NOT BOOK AS ONE AND SHOW UP AS TWO. TWO PEOPLE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. Private sitting garden only. No further outdoor amenities on site. NO CHILDREN OR PETS. A CAR IS REQUIRED TO STAY HERE.

Locked bike/beach shed is in front of your parking and is open-able with a MASTER key put on your ring UPON REQUEST. At the top of the driveway, this attached 'shed' is the first thing you will see on arrival, with two "barn style" doors connected by a latch with large MASTERLOCK thru latch. Each item is valued to be replaced at $25. You are responsible for any of the 11 items disused or missing. Beach items may not be stored in unit and may not be left outside. If you do not leave them in your car trunk for the duration of your visit, you will need to return them to the locked 'shed' as you found them, daily: NO SAND, WATER OR RUST. This UN-AIR-CONDITIONED 4 X 6 X 7' tall rustic bike shed is also available for all your applicable storage during stay.

We are small homeowners who work, in addition to maintaining property and your sterile busy unit. Please remember you are on a private property, not a corporate motel with a staff, and please treat your space this stay, as if it were your own, thank you so much. Open honest communication provides a confident relaxed experience for guests and hosts.

So here we go with all the DONTS: THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING, FOR PROTECTING OUR PRICING and YOUR EXPERIENCE AS GUESTS, AND OUR EXPERIENCE AS HOSTS. Most of the following is basic common sense, and we believe it simply spells out what you would hope your guests would do at your own home, thank you.

1 ) PLEASE DO NOT BOOK FOR ONE AND SHOW UP AS TWO! THERE IS A $5 SURCHARGE FOR 2nd PERSON. Space is designed and priced for one. We have expensive automatic instahot for endless high pressure showers or jacuzzis and NO CLEANING FEE. Double the towels, usage, and expensive hot water, and we ask only $5 extra per day. Please select the correct number of guests when requesting or auto-booking. There is NO THREE, NO PETS AND NO CHILDREN UNDER 18.

2) You WANT TO HAVE A CAR TO STAY HERE. We only accept guests with their own or rental vehicle for guests' ultimate HAPPINESS. Please do not see this as an inconvenience to you, it is only to ensure your perfect happy stay. PLEASE choose a location closer to the action if you do not have a car.

3) YOUR CAR CANNOT LEAK OIL ONGOING onto clean painted driveway, eventual $20 fine. WE HAVE HAD NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES WITH AVIS SRQ, their leaking cars have seriously damaged our driveway, creating a great deal of extra work to keep painted driveway from becoming SLIPPERY, which ENDANGERS GUEST'S SAFETY, and wears out finish during it's removal........ thank you for understanding. Please mention to your AVIS dealer AT ANY AIRPORT, thank you. A recent guest mentioned this issue to his agent at Tampa, and his Avis rental car did not leak oil. If you know your car leaks oil, please let us know, we are HAPPY TO PROVIDE CLEAN CARDBOARD or you may also park along road if it is really bad, onto lawn facing right, between the two lions. If you park facing the wrong way, you may be ticketed. THANK YOU VERY MUCH for understanding. Safety is our priority.

4!!) DO NOT COME EARLY, rooms will not be ready. Check-in is 4 pm or later unless agreed upon at least 24 hours in advance. Please understand the value of every second to clean and sterilize adequately between guests during this critical time of covid, as we are booked nearly every day.

5!!) DO NOT CHECK OUT LATE. CHECK OUT IS BY 10:30 am, unless confirmed with host at least 24 hours in advance. This disrupts cleaning schedule for next guest. Please understand how many details must be sterilized between guests DURING COVID, and HELP US OUT.....

6) Do not leave accessible or open food in cabinets and on counters. This is a subtropical district of Florida and the ants will find their way in quickly, as you are on the ground floor. Loose pasta in a glued, 'sealed' box is OPEN FOOD to an ant, who smells it from a distance. Please place open food in refrigerator or truly SEALED in Zip lock bags and Tupperware provided.

7) If you are long term guests or large consumers who are grocery shopping daily, please feel free to purchase your own preferred staples, before demolishing our coffee, sugar, shampoo, conditioner supplies, just like home. Supplies are there to get your started, thankyou for helping us to keep our low pricing.

*8) * !!! PLEASE LEAVE THE SAND AT THE BEACH. If you have sand covered items, SHAKE THEM #1! BEFORE EVEN ENTERING YOUR VEHICLE, AT THE BEACH. !! Make use of the numerous SHOWERS all along the keys to remove sand from person and clothing. then again, PLEASE SHAKE TOWELS OUTSIDE UNIT BEFORE ENTERING, and ABSOLUTELY BEFORE ITEMS GO INTO WASHER DRYER!!! Siesta Key sand is unique in its fineness, get it OFF YOUR SHOES, YOUR HAIR, YOUR BIKINI AND YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS BEFORE even ENTERING VEHICLE. Otherwise your car, chairs, bed and unit will be crunchy throughout your stay, and cleaners will snarl. If it is raining outside, and you have sandy items, feel free to store/ hang them in your beach shed.

We are not a beach rental, and there is NO OUTDOOR SHOWER HERE, USE BEACH SHOWERS WHILE AT THE BEACH, THANK YOU
NO SAND ENCRUSTED TOWELS GO IN TO WASHER OR DRYER, you will receive an immediate fine, $20. The sand will blow into our backyard thru your dryer vent, as it damages the unit. Please help us to keep the prices low by not abusing appliances, by reading signs, instructions, and following directions. Treat them as you would treat your own appliances. We are sorry to have to mention this, it is based on past guests' surprising behavior.

9) PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY USED OR HANDLED ITEMS TO CABINETS. IF THE TOASTER HAS CRUMBS IN IT, and you "helpfully" return it to the cabinet, EVERY ITEM IN that CABINET MUST COME OUT, AND CABINET LINER MUST BE DE-CRUMBED, to protect you and the following guests from ants. JUST LEAVE OUT USED, HANDLED EVERYTHING. There is plenty of room on the counters at check-out. Please use dishrack stored above refrigerator to store cleaned dishes for re-use or place cleaned dishes and cutlery in dishwasher. Leave used everything out, if you want to be the perfect guest. When guests "help" by putting less than sterile items into cabinets, EVERY item must come out of those cabinets and be re-sterilized, in addition to cabinets and cabinet liners. Furthermore, we must then CHECK EACH AND EVERY ITEM IN UNIT, to be sure you have put nothing else away dirty. Everything must be sterilized before being returned to pristine cabinets, just as you found them on your arrival. THANK YOU. Please do not leave precarious piles of breakable dishes and glassware in sink and on counters when you go out, use rack available above refrigerator. WASH, RINSE and PLACE IN DISHWASHER for your ultimate comfort, and take new!

DISHWASHER DETAIL: Please run the water til HOT! BEFORE turning on the dishwasher to fully dissolve the soap. If you do not perform this simple step, dishwasher will malfunction and you will be responsible for any maintenance required. If you run the water til HOT, dishwasher will perform excellently and quietly with no problem. Dishwasher is PRE-SET for your arrival, or you can ask us to operate it while you are out. Be sure to add heavy plates towards the CENTER of shelf so shelf is not imbalanced and slides correctly. Measured dishwasher soap pods are under kitchen sink, cycle is preset on dishes cycle when you arrive. Be sure door is GENTLY CLOSED COMPLETELY, until it clicks. Push LEFT button as described on your instruction sheet. In about 2 hours, all items will be sanitized and dry. Feel free to text host to operate dishwasher while you are out.

10) DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN BED SHEETS or you must let us know WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR RESERVATION if you are bringing your own sheets or pillows. Please save us the ironing of luxury sterile sheets for you, and making a pampered luxury bed if you are bringing your own sheets, pillows and pillowcases. And space is small. We will not install our pillows to take up your space if you will only use your own pillows, thankyou. Our bed linens and pillows are sun-soaked, rotated and ironed. If you will not accept our sheets you must tell us in advance, and bed will be naked to sterile mattress covers as you require, and/or we will leave you to your own pillows, and not install ours, for more space for you, thankyou.

11) WASHING MACHINE: Use 1-2 tablespoons MAXIMUM of the provided 'HE' DETERGENT ONLY in clothes washer, and REDUCE soap next load if there is any sudsing, as too much soap is the number one cause of disorder in this washing machine. 'HE' laundry soap and bleach are provided and under bathroom sink. If you need more detergent contact us. Long term guests, purchase HE detergent ONLY when grocery shopping for your supplies. Be sure soap drawer is closed completely, GENTLY. Be sure front door of washer is closed securely. Be prepared to wait a full minute after starting machine before washer begins its cycles.
EMPTY DRYER LINT BASKET.

12) ! NO CANDLES. FIRE HAZARD. Tiny space has romantic lighting on dimmers, and extraction fans that pull out and clean air, a vented personal ac for additional air movement and air cleaning, and a floor fan to push up cool air. If you smell something unnatural or unpleasant, PLEASE LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY.

13) DO NOT RUN PERSONAL AC NON STOP, and turn off when leaving unit. COMMUNICATE TO YOUR HOST IF YOU WOULD LIKE AIR COOLER, as controls for central AC are in main house. Apartment abuts our home as a mother in law, and shares central air which we keep at 70-74 degrees. PLEASE COMMUNICATE IF YOU WOULD LIKE CENTRAL AIR WARMER OR COOLER, and SORRY FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE. We have endless options by adjusting venting and temperature with our brand new air conditioner, and can perfect your air at no inconvenience to us, but you may need to communicate for the perfect air, sorry for this inconvenience. Minimize exterior vents as you like, but DO NOT SEAL INNER CEILING VENTS, just communicate! Make use of small floor fan for further air movement. This small fan keeps cool air rising, and may be left on when you go out. Please be comfortable. In the winter, when air outside is crisp and delightful and below 72 degrees, central AC may not run at night. You can use your personal AC to circulate air, AND YOU CAN OPEN YOUR LARGE SCREENED SLIDER WINDOW and enjoy what is best about Florida during season. Feel free to run personal AC from remote, intermittently, with window closed in summer, or open in cool weather, to circulate air, and turn off when leaving unit. With remote, you can turn on and off as needed from anywhere.

14) NO OILS IN JACCUZZI. Safety/"trip" hazard. Please enjoy oil free mineral and epsom salts in bottom vanity towel drawer. Feel free to add your own of same, just NO OIL. Jacuzzi jetties' pressures are altered by ROTATING plates around each nozzle.........Be sure water is OVER JETTIES BEFORE TURNING ON PUMP.

15) NO SMOKING CIGARETTES INSIDE. You may smoke outside in your sitting garden, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly, do not toss onto property, thank you

16) NO TAMPONS or feminine products, such as panty liners or pads in toilet. $100 fee will be charged to you immediately, as clog will be immediate. NORMAL TOILET PAPER AND HUMAN WASTE ONLY. This is ground floor Florida and only 23 ft above sea level. ALSO NOTE: This toilet does better with personal movements when you SIT BACK, due to its design. It is long and shallow in front, deepest in back, and designed for you to SIT BACK. DO NOT PANIC if all human waste is not expunged immediately. WAIT, and flush again, repeat as necessary, do not panic. Sorry for any inconvenience. SIT BACK.

17) Fellas, please feel free to remove urine from toilet as you go. Thank you so much for this thoughtfulness, remember we do not charge a cleaning fee.

18) We are clients of COMCAST and pay thousands of dollars a year for the hundreds of channels at your fingertips. Although COMCAST XFINITY is perfect 99% of the time, we are DISCLAIMING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THAT 1% when they fail. There is no reimbursement for your stay due to dropped signal, acts of god, or weather that has not been claimed an extenuating circumstance by AirBnB. We supply an ethernet cord to plug in directly in the rare case wi fi is weak.

19) When checking out, please double check for all your personal items. especially chargers in sockets. If you discover you have left something behind, you will be responsible for the price to mail it back to you.

20) NO NEED TO STRIP BED, IT INTERFERES WITH ROTATION SYSTEM, do not make bed, do not wash towels or apartment linens in guest washer. We have our own "Santa haul" system from mattress cover up, over to the workspace and industrial machines next door. When you strip bed, you are making more work time for us. That said, please locate all your pjs, t's and sox from bed! Stripping would be for that purpose only. Pillows are rotated and each have three cases on them, that are washed outside in and inside out. You are not helping us by part stripping pillows. Thank you for your efforts, but they are better spent cleaning up your personal food messes!

21) Please WIPE CRUMBS FROM COUNTER before leaving. That is so gracious of you, and helps us get started with cleaning set-up. If you spill in oven or microwave, please clean up unusual personal spills or LET US KNOW. PLEASE DO NOT HIDE BREAKAGE AND SPILLS THEY ARE NORMAL. Please clean up your personal RING around the jacuzzi. Please do not return empty or wet toiletries to bathroom cabinet. Please clean up all food messes, ie oven, drawers, OR REPORT THEM TO HOST. Messes and breakage are normal. Our problem is when you try to hide messes or breakage.

22) Do not remove un-used supplies when leaving, such as coffee, toilet paper, zip lock bags, or towels. Very disheartening, it will be noted, reported and you will not be welcome back. It is not only the dollar amount that hurts us, it is also that we may not be able to replace items in time for next guest.

This is 'tiny house living' with luxury interior amenities and finishes, priced and designed for 1 person and just over 310 sq'. What is luxury for one, might be tighter for two.... You will prefer to be active people outside of the unit, and not large in stature or YOU MAY NOT BE COMFORTABLE. We charge an additional $5 per night for the second person to help cover expensive instahot and extra usage and cleaning.

Our prices are usually determined by AirBnB Smart Pricing, and are extremely low. If you do not see a discount for long term stays, you may request a discount, for stays that are 1 week or longer: OFF SEASON. We can be negotiable for long stays off season. If you would like a SHORTER STAY than what is offered, please make a request, and especially during the week, we may be able to accommodate you.

We are not a beach rental, and not responsible for inclement weather. In fact, we are out of the danger area@ 23 ft altitude, 7 miles from gulf. We are not responsible for any weather events un"extenuated" by AirBnB rules.

Turn private AC, TV and all lights off when you leave the home.

Please USE DIMMERS to dim down lights before turning off and then turn them on while rheostat is DOWN, and slide switch up to desired brightness. This greatly extends the life of your light-bulbs, which means less burned out bulbs during your stay. thank you for your understanding.

Please treat the unit as you treat your own home.

We will enter unit to turn off the extra air machine and lights when you forget, and to sweep and remove garbage, nearly daily, when car is not present. No one will pass your window or anywhere near your space when your car is present.

Thorough cleaning is offered if longterm guest is away over a one night. This is a deep sterilizing sanitation cleaning including all linens, appliances, vents, floors, cabinets and costs $50. Otherwise we do no major cleaning during your stay and provide you with all maintenance items, including shark vacuum, broom, mops, and cleaning products in lower cabinets in kitchen. Bed linens, pillows, rugs and towels will be changed weekly. Towels may also be left on floor and will be picked up when host removes garbage

This is not a trendy neighborhood. Do not expect any action or hot spots. This is a sleepy bedroom community. You can make noise inside your private sound proofed unit, but not outside. We require you have a car, as YOU will be happiest with your own transportation here in "suburbia" five to fifteen minutes drive from all the action and noise. We are 8.5 miles to Siesta Key Public Beach. About 5 miles to downtown. We are outside of the city limits and there are no main attractions to walk to. There is quiet, walking, miles of looping jogging, privacy and your own parking in the driveway.
There is neighborhood walking or biking but this is a basic, boring, quiet and safe bedroom community. You may hear lawn equipment, birds, frogs, cicadas, and that is about it for action. CVS is conveniently at the edge of the neighborhood on our corner, (at Bee Ridge and McIntosh NW), WINN-DIXIE is across Bee Ridge along with the popular 'Peaches' for breakfast and lunch (SW corner). PUBLIX is one block west at Beneva, (SE corner) and a small WalMart (SW). Trader Joe's is about 4 miles west at Tamiami Trail and one block south, on the east side of the trail.

That said, MI PUEBLO happens to be located at BeeRidge and McIntosh, for 5 star internationally acclaimed Mexican food, one minute away in the South West strip mall. (with Firehouse subs, and American Momentum Bank.) The Ale House, and Chili's are two miles back east towards the highway, along with a Walmart SuperCenter to the South: Ollies, L A Fitness and dozens of stores along with 5 star SHANRI-LA Asian (eat in Pick up or delivery) restaurant, SW next to the PUBLIX and there are large strip malls for comparable shopping SRQ.

For good local pizza we recommend RICO'S Bee Ridge WEST most at Tamiami Trail (SW corner) They deliver and their menu is usually on shelves in our kitchen, but may have been removed.

Google your interests and check out our GUIDE of favorites, and HOP IN THE CAR to find IT ALL. Don't miss the NEW PASS GRILL (City Island Bait Shop) for hot sloppy breakfast sandwiches on the fishing docks at the bridge to Long Boat Key from dawn to brunch. Also on City Island is the Mote Museum, and the Salty Dog for sunset dinners. Just across the bridge to LongBoat Key on the SW side of the Ave is the CHART HOUSE.
There is yoga on the beach at Siesta Key, classes of all kinds for healing, arts available for dropping in, and the nationally acclaimed Selby Gardens for orchid lovers. There is Ringling Museum, the Asolo Theater, The Florida Studio Theatre, downtown Sarasota full of charm, and the growing Rose district area for shopping, education and arts. Everything in Sarasota is 5-40 minutes from your apartment here in Sarasota Springs. Having traveled for much of a 30 years career, when I came to settle here in Sarasota, it was the dream of my husband and I to create the perfect safe travel space. From design to construction, cleanliness and maintenance were our goals. Solid oak, built in cabinets are sealed with no nooks and crannies. Granite counter-tops are sealed into tile and cover nearly all surfaces of the unit. The tiled floor continues up as kickplate baseboards; floor to ceiling tile and mirror covers 5 critical walls of kitchen and bathroom. Each cabinet shelf or drawer is covered with liners that are sterilized between guests. Every item, every dish, bowl, fork is sterilized and polished before returning to its specific place. Before joining AirBnB in 15, we rented for 8 years exclusively to Dattolli cancer outpatients, and perfected our sanitary and healing properties. We hope you will take a moment to look over the listing, which will give you a sense of the rules we implement to help us maintain sterility. We require guests to leave out each item removed from cabinets, even touched. No item is returned to cabinets without passing through hot dishwasher to sterilize and each appliance or health and beauty aid is hand sterilized. These rules have been in position since the unit began. Tubs, toilet, sinks, are cloroxed, hot water scrubbed and polished dry. Every handle, faucet, remote, doorknob, light-switch, broom, vertical blinds, garbage pails, toilet paper holder, dish-rack: every item is scrubbed, anti-bacteriated and polished dry. The drains, the washer-dryer, the mirrors, the ceiling vents. When every item is polished, and sterile in its cabinet, we sanitize floors with an industrial hot mopping and lysol. With this regime, and our high quality building materials, most folks are shocked to learn the unit is over 14 years old. Please also notice our reviews which often begin with remarks about our cleanliness. We come daily to remove trash, and rotate garbage pails. Sterility, PRIVACY and healing rest are our passions as lifelong travelers. Your pillows are recycled between guests, bathed in the sun and rotated, and held to rest in airy cabinets over three stays. Each pillow is covered with three cases, a zip liner and two pillow cases. Each case is washed twice: outside out, then inside out, then dried outside out, and pressed with hottest iron. We have dozens of pillow cases, a dozen pillows and 6 sets of sheets, all rotated between guests. The mattress and the box spring are each zipped tight into their covers. We rotate the outer mattress liner between each guest. On a long stay all linens are changed weekly. We sweep your garden daily when you are out. Between guests your walkway, lawn chairs, table and the building walls are hot scrubbed. After all is scrubbed and polished, we do a final sweep of all handles with lysol. There are a few cases of Corona in Sarasota. But if you follow the no contact rules, use your antiseptics throughout your shopping, we are confident you will be safe here. No one is our vicinity has any symptoms or disease. In fact it is a remarkably beautiful, healing autumn season. The beaches and restaurants, all shopping is open with the 1/4, 6 ft distance restrictions, please wear mask.
