Cocos' apartment was perfect. It looked exactly the same way like one can see on the pictures. It was clean and everything was in very good shape (very modern, no problems with wifi or TV). The area where the apartment is located is perfect. 10 min walk to Bastille (bars, restaurants, boutiques). Within 2 min you will have different grocery stores, pharmacy and cinema. In addition to that, it was very easy to get around. Different metro lines take you in less than 15 min to the center of Paris.
Coco is a very good host and a very helpful person. No matter what it is Coco is only an E-Mail or a phone call away. I enjoyed staying in one of her apartments and I can only highly recommend it. I am looking forward to coming back again. Thank you for everything Coco.
this is an ideal small apartment on the top floor of a 5 story walk up...it is idel for 1 or 2 persons and has been recently renovated with optimum usage of the space with numerous space saving ideas. The bed is in a loft over the bathroom which is cosy and comfy though you do have to watch you don't hit your head on the ceiling when you climb up the ladder. The location is ideal, a long block from the metro, and set quietly back from the street and behind another building. If you ever wanted to experience living in a Paris garret but with all the modern conveniences this is it. The neighbourhood contains many choices in restaurants inclluding at least six with walking distance that are listed and reviewed on the book "Hungry for Paris, the ultimate guide to the city's 100 best restaurants". To close, dealing with Coco was a pleasure, she kept us informed all along the way with very prompt replys to any queries and I will recommend this listing to anyone going to Paris who wish an experience outside of the tourist Paris. All in all a great experience and wish we had stayed for an extra week!!
Had a great time! A cozy flat in a quiet area of Paris. Conveniently located near "Nation" subway stop (four subway lines and RER). Also, the bus stop is across the street (bus 86 takes you to Quartier Latin). The apartment is clean and well-(website hidden) features over 100 free French and international news channels, as well as Pay Per View.
Be sure to take a walk down Faubourg Saint-Antoine to Place de la Bastille where you'll find many restaurants and high street store chains.
