We did have a wonderfull time with lovely weather.
One thing we missed: we could not get the wi-fi (in the harbour) right.
Nice places! Close to the beach and lots of restaurants.
Thank you, Gustavo!
Very Nice appartment in a Nice location.
Overall the apartment in Sitges and the hospitality of Griselda and her partner was wonderful. They were both very welcoming and friendly and gave us lots of advice on the surrounding area, where to go and how to get there. The apaprtment was lovely and fully kitted out with free tea, coffee, sugar salt and some other condiments which we didn't use.
On the first night our shower head was broken and they only gave us small hand towels. We told them about this the same night and I was sceptical that they were going to do anything, because we were only there for 2 nights. But sure enough at 9am the next morning he came to our door with large towels and a new shower head.
Also when we left, they phoned us a taxi and they thought it was too expensive, so they personally dropped us to the train station which i thought was so lovely of them.
Only thing is they don't speak much English, but we were lucky because my girlfriend spoke fluent Spanish, so we were able to communicate no problem.
Also they only got in contact with us the night before we were meant to be there and was 2 hours late meeting us which was scary becasue we thought we'd be homeless for 2 nights ... but they apologised and we worked out it was down to poor phone connection.
So I would suggest to contact them a few days before and arrange a clear meeting time and place and also get the address and a couple of phone numbers (landline included) to make sure you can contact them if they are not there. Also make sure someone can speak some Spanish so it's easier to communicate.
