The neighborhood is an amazing urban residence area and has highly developed infrastructure.

1. Driving 3 mins to San Diego freeway

2. Driving 30 mins to Disney Land & Knott Merry Farm.

3. Driving 15 mins to John Wayne Airport & Long Beach Airport & 50 mins to LAX airport.

4. Driving 15 mins to the gorgeous beach of Huntington Beach (Surf City) & Anaheim Convention Center

5. Driving 10 mins to Bella Terra shopping-mall & Miles Square Park

6. Driving 10 mins to Phuoc Loc Tho, which is the center of the biggest Vietnamese community with shopping malls & authentic Vietnamese cuisine & fine restaurants.
