The main room has a modern executive sofa set, convertible eating table/ coffee table set with seats, office area with computer desk and chair.
The bedroom has a beautiful queen 4 poster bed with plush linen. The triple size closet has plenty of space for the extended stay.
The newly remodeled bathroom has a double sink and custom tiled shower.
You have your own backyard area and garden with a glass patio set for out door dining and office work. The wi-fi even works in the back yard.
We are conveniently located on the border of Carlsbad and Oceanside, close to shops, malls, restaurants, cafe's, etc. The Oceanside Amtrak station is 4 miles from us and freeways are accessed within a few minutes. The San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles attractions are just a short drive away. It's the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing, quiet home away from home when working or studying in North County San Diego.

Guests' privacy is respected, however we always welcome a visit to the main house from a guest and often deliver a treat like a jar of homemade soup, cookies, etc.
We are available 24/7 for any communication from guests.
Our neighborhood is quiet, beautiful and centrally located. We are 4 miles from the beach, 3 miles from the I-5 freeway and 1/2 mile from the College exit off the 78 freeway.
We recommend the Uber car or Lyft if you choose not to have a car.
We are a green property. Respect the environment,
Maintain a low noise level. WE LOWER THE VOLUME ON THE TV AND MUSIC AFTER 10 PM.
Use utilities responsibly and turn off appliances when not occupying unit.
Do laundry no more than 2x per wk.
Security gates must be kept closed and locked at all times.
Residents must take precautions for safekeeping of their own property. Owners will not be responsible for your personal belongings.
Responsible alcohol consumption must be in your own unit privately and quietly..
NO DRUGS ON THE PROPERTY INCLUDING MARIJUANA.
Maintain the cleanliness of the property.
Any guest not registered on rental agreement must be pre authorized by management and charged for overnight stay.
Laundry days will be given to you and posted on your refrigerator.
