Der Blick auf die Innenstadt befindet sich direkt vor deinem Fenster, ebenso wie das Kunst-/ Theaterviertel George R. Brown, Discovery Green, St. Joseph und Park Plaza-Kliniken und Restaurants in Midtown befinden sich im Umkreis von 5 Minuten und sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar. 2 Buslinien fahren auch neben dem Grundstück.

Ich liebe es hier, und wenn du gerne in das Herz des Geschehens eintauchst, aber auch gerne chillst und manchmal neu gruppierst, ist dies der perfekte Ort für dich.

Aufgrund der Gentrifizierung wurde dies in Midtown umbenannt, ist aber auch ein schwerer historischer Dritter Bezirk. In den 60er Jahren war diese Straße ein Zentrum der Aktivität und wurde zu ihrem früheren Glanz belebt.

Wenn du schwarze Kultur und schwarze Menschen liebst, wirst du sie auch lieben. Viele der Geschäfte auf dieser Straße gehören dem sehr beliebten Fitnessstudio, in dem Athleten trainiert werden, und eine super wunderschöne Kundschaft. Es gibt auch einen historischen Park mit Fahrrädern in Gehweite, eine vegane Bäckerei, ein Poke-Fitnessstudio, schwarze Laufgruppen und vieles mehr.

Alle Gruppen und Kulturen sind hier willkommen und du wirst dich wie zu Hause fühlen, wenn du eine vielfältige Weltansicht hast. Andernfalls bleib bitte fern.

Come share my home in historic third ward/ midtown!

Due to recent concerning reports involving Hosts, i'm complelled to update some specifications. They are as follows 1)guests must have reviews as well as at least 4 verifications, 2)guests name must match booking on reservation.

This cozy and charmimg,home is locted near East downtown; the central Business district, the newly renovated Emancipation Park is within walkin distance and Discovery green, Minute Maid Park, The George R. Brown Convention Center, and great restaurants and bars are within a 5minute drive.
In addition, there are at least three major bus lines directly outside the house gates. My house is quiet, clean and peaceful. The neighborhood is in "transition" -meaning , there are some areas under construction as the area is undergoing regentrification or rejuvenation if you prefer.

The house is a fully fenced feestanding property, with plenty of on street parking. All the rooms are located on the second floor. Your room is the master bedroom and contains its own private bath and a huge walk in closet (which is wider than your two outstretched arms).
The first floor is the main level; kitchen, living room , dining room and half bath. The entire home is approximately 1680 sq/ft and your bedroom measures 20 * 12.

You are free to cook if you wish, and i can supply a starter food supply if you need, as well as numerous fresh and delectable herbs that can be cut straight from the garden. I do have a child and also also cat's live on the outside of the property and occasionally wander inside( also dogs have been inside rarely), so please keep this in mind if you are allergic. This is probably not the listing for you.The room comes fully furnished with a real bed, refrigerator, nightstand, lamp and clock as well as a haidryer and basic toiletries.

Some facts about myself: I am a stylist, my medium is hair. I am a people person by nature and enjoy making others look and feel great. I love to garden, recraft and repurpose (in fact i have enjoyed building a number of projects around my home using power tools), i also adore reading, singing, dancing , some cooking and entertaining when the mood is right.
I love culture and I'm always interested in learning something new , when I'm not working, with my kid, or dancing ...i often dream of travelling to distant lands and immersing myself in the culture-A dream which i hope will soon be reality.

I am self employed, so i at times my schedule is flexible, and since i often enjoy the many facets of Houston, I can provide information to help you navigate Houston with ease.
