We are located in the trendy NoMa area right between Union Market and H Street with easy access to delicious restaurants and bars. You get a friendly, diverse neighborhood vibe while staying within walking distance of the Capitol/Monuments/Mall.
We follow all Airbnb COVID Cleaning protocols.

This full one-bedroom condo is beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. It is set up for Airbnb guests to relax after a day of touring and is perfect for business or pleasure.

- 1.5 bath
- 562 square feet
- Washer/Dryer in unit
- Mounted smart flat-screen TV
- Full kitchen + Nespresso Machine
- Nest thermostat
- Sound machine
- Large closet
The bathroom has a roomy shower and is stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. There is also a hairdryer located in the bathroom drawer. Iron and ironing board are located in the washer/dryer closet.
Smoking is absolutely not allowed inside the apartment (including cannabis). There is no problem with smoking on the porch. If you smoke inside the apartment, you may be charged an extra $100 fine.

H Street features a free DC Streetcar and is full of delicious/unique restaurants & bars â many of which have outdoor dining options (Iâm happy to give recommendations!) Union Market is a favorite local hub for food and drink pop-ups under one roof (or on the roof!), with a large outdoor space. You are also within walking distance to Trader Joeâs, Whole Foods, Giant, and Harris Teeter if you prefer to cook.
