46 Ivy Cottage is an absolutely fantastic and spacious, four bedroom, converted farm cottage located just outside the picturesque village of Easton with stunning countryside views and sleeps up to a total of 8 people. The property is beautifully furnished with the front door opening up into a large family dining room consisting of an original Victorian cast iron fireplace and exposed ceiling timbers, leading into a fully equipped, hand made shaker style kitchen and breakfast room. Beyond the kitchen there is a lovely, cosy living room boasting a smart TV, a bay window that floods the room with natural light as well as a wood burning stove to snuggle up to during the colder months. There is also a study / family room with french doors opening up into the back garden and a utility room benefitting from a washing machine, tumble dryer and a separate ground floor W/C and shower room.

On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, a family bathroom and one large master bedroom with an extremely comfortable, super king size bed and a front window that benefits far reaching views out over the gorgeous countryside. All bedrooms are made up with high quality Egyptian cotton linen and towels. At the rear of the property there is a brilliant back garden with stunning and far reaching field views with an outdoor patio, garden furniture, heater and a fire pit.

Easton is gorgeous village perfectly located between the market towns of Framlingham and Wickham Market and is within easy reach of the A12 and Wickham Market train station at Campsea Ashe (10 minutes drive). The village of Easton includes the wonderful and popular White Horse Public House and Restaurant as well as Easton Farm Park which is a great day out for the family where children can enjoy a full range of animals and activities. The historic market town of Framlingham is a short drive away with it's well renowned castle and wonderful shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

Woodbridge, a market town situated on the River Deben is only a 10 minute drive away and has plenty to offer whether it's beautiful riverside walks, fantastic pubs and restaurants or the wonderful boutique shops. The village also lies within close proximity to the Suffolk Heritage Coast, classified as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where you can explore the beautiful seaside towns of Aldeburgh, Walberswick and Southwold to the north and Orford, Shingle Street, Bawdsey and Old Felixstowe to the south.

This really is a fabulous location for accessing all that Suffolk has to offer from it's beautiful array of market towns to the gorgeous seaside spots all within approximately a 30 minute drive away. The cottage is perfect for a large family occasion or for two families looking for a relaxing countryside retreat.
