This is a cute of of town 2 bedroom terrace house, with allocated parking set In the quiet village of Heamoor. It is the perfect base for a small family or group of friends wanting to explore Cornwall.

Heamoor is approximately 1.2 miles or 25 minute walk to Penzance town Center.

1 master bedroom with king size bed and 2nd bedroom with bunk beds (bottom bunk is a small double) bathroom with bath and shower.

The garden is spacious with its very own bar area and foosball table.

Although we aim to be as helpful as possible we do work and have young children so we are not always available to get to the house immediately. Therefore please save the check in instructions somewhere you will have access to them on the day.

Heamoor is a village in Cornwall, England. Formerly a secondary settlement of the village of Madron, Heamoor is situated approximately one-and-a half kilometres (just over a mile) northwest of Penzance town centre.

Penzance, nestled in the heart of Mounts Bay, is the capital of Penwith and West Cornwall. With plenty of history and long standing traditions combined with up to date facilities, shops and transport links, Penzance offers residents a unique place to live and laid back way of life.

Penzance (or Pen Sans in Cornish) means holy headland, referring to the headland to the west of the harbour where a chapel was built over a thousand years ago. Historically Penzance has been a market town from 1592. For more information, read the history of Penzance.

Modern Penzance had a population fast approaching 30,000 people covering all ages, nationality's and religions. The architecture of the town is predominately Georgian and Regency, but influences of other styles creeping into many of the houses on many of the towns streets. The town is the considered the capital of the Lands Ends peninsula due to the large shopping area with hundreds of retailers and a large proportion commercial businesses of the area.

Hi everyone, we are Hayley and Tom, we live just up the road from our apartments with our young sons Ezra and Enzo. We are delighted to welcome you to our little sub tropical paradise and make your stay a real pleasure. We have furnished the apartments with loving care, choosing the best quality bedding, anti-allergy duvets and pillows because we believe that ending the day in a sumptuous bed makes your holiday complete! But be aware there is restricted headroom in areas of our attic conversion! (Not in the ground floor flat) If you arrive by train we are round the corner from the station, by plane we are 55 minutes from Newquay Airport, by car you can park within a few minutes of the Flat. Staying with us you are close to shops, pubs (our local the Lamp and Whistle is a delightful traditional Cornish pub) restaurants, leisure facilities, cinema, art galleries and the world famous Jubilee pool. If you are a keen walker St Michaels Mount, Newlyn and Mousehole are all lovely coastal walks, a little further afield is the world renowned Minack Theatre, dramatically carved from the granite cliffs and of course the Ferry to the delightful Scilly Isles. There are plenty of brochures in the apartment to give you inspiration for ways to fill your days no matter the weather! We are always here to answer any questions and look forward to hosting your visit.
