Whitecaps Lakefront on the Beach is an awe-inspiring lakefront condo where you can experience the epitome of what Lake Tahoe has to offer and make life-long memories.
This exceptionally unique property is right on the beach in the heart of King's Beach with a breath taking view of the lake and your own private fenced in beach, you will never want to leave.
The condo has been recently remodeled and updated with all new furniture and amenities including a new TV with Hulu live. When you enter the rental, you step into the living room with a brand-new gas fireplace to curl up in front of. The open living room offers floor to ceiling views of the lake through the back doors. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the back deck taking in the crystal-clear Lake Tahoe or enjoy a BBQ with the family and dine overlooking the sunset on beautiful polywood outdoor dining set. Right off the deck you have your own sandy beach backyard to enjoy!
Through the updated kitchen is the first bedroom, outfitted with a queen bed and bedroom set. There are two bathrooms, each with its own shower. The master bedroom is down the hall with a King bed and large walk-in closet. The condo also has its own in unit washer and dryer.
This rental is as close as you can get to the water, and one of the very few to be on a beach! In addition to the lake the unit is located right next door to the best pizza in town, Whitecaps Pizza, and shares the parking lot with the local's favorite morning pick me up Java Hut. This rental will keep you coming back year after year.

Although 80% of our properties are pet-friendly - this is NOT a pet-friendly property. Please be respectful of this. We do not consider service animals pets. If you bring a dog, you will be subject to a fine and are in breach of contract which could result in being asked to leave the property.

1. 2021 Update: Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
2.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
3.By local laws we have to charge a 12% occupancy tax (10% TOT tax + 2% TBID tax) with every booking. TBID, is placed on lodging, retail, restaurant and recreation businesses in North Lake Tahoe to raise money for visitor services, business support and advocacy, economic development, tourism mitigation and transportation services.
Other things to note
Rent and cleaning fees are taxable as required by law. AirBNB does not provide a line item for tax, and thus tax has been included in the advertised nightly rate, and included in the advertised cleaning fee. The Nightly Rental amount also includes the cost of purchasing our non-refundable Damage Waiver.
