It is located on the 2nd floor of our beautiful listed Haussmann-style building (10 flats), secured by intercom and 24-hour surveillance videos (hall of the building but also the ones if the city in the street) in a renovated shopping avenue 150m from the historic centre, 250m from the Poets' Garden, carrefour market, 850m from the train/bus station (travel time: 7 minutes); 20 minutes to the beaches

Die Unterkunft
The flat includes;

-a beautiful living room with two double-glazed windows (overlooking an inner courtyard and the roofs of Béziers), 140x190 sofa bed, dining area, wardrobe, HD TV with digital channels, WIFI, intercom.
-a fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, pyrolysis oven, microwave, ceramic hob, filter and capsule coffee maker, toaster, teapot and electric citrus press).
-a small bedroom with double-glazed window (overlooking an inner courtyard with a view of the roofs of Béziers), 140x190 bed, wardrobe.
-a bathroom with shower cubicle, vanity unit and WC.

-the 8 other flats in this building, whose surface area varies between 32 and 85m2.
-a parking space (for vehicles less than 2m high) in one of our two covered garages located on the ground floor of our building for an additional fee of 7€ per day.

You will live in a flat or at walking or bike distance (several renters) to all the shops (bakeries, grocery shops, chemists, doctors, Espace Polygone with shopping galleries, restaurants, cinema bowling alleys) and discover Béziers; beautiful shopping streets, allées Paul Riquet, place Jean Jaurès, gardens of Béziers, restaurants, les Halles and its many local producers, the banks of the Canal.

Thanks to the proximity of the flat (between 10 and 20 minutes) to the A75 and A9 motorways, the Canal du Midi, and the beaches (Valras and Sérignan) (1 € by bus) you will be able to discover the richness of the Biterrois heritage ;

-A trip aboard the barges of the Canal du Midi 6km away, and discover the local gastronomy by crossing the superb Fonséranes Locks with a panoramic view of the Pont Vieux (listed as a historical monument), the Cathedral of Saint Nazaire and the Church of the Madeleine (worth a visit).

-Relaxation by the sea or practice several nautical activities in the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean (Valras-Plage, Sérignan, Portiragnes).

-Visit of superb historical heritage such as the town of Pézenas, the village of St Guilhem le désert and Roquebrun... and the very beautiful wine estates...

-Golf course at the Golf of St Thomas 10 minutes away.

Je peux vous proposer 21 logements dans plusieurs villes et villages ; 1-Béziers (Hérault, France) : 9 appartements (de 20 à 85m2) et 2 garages dans un même immeuble haussmannien classé situé en plein centre historique. 2-Pézenas (Hérault, France) : 6 appartements (de 20 à 62m2) et 2 garages dans 2 immeubles à 50m l'un de l'autre situés en plein centre historique. 3-Alignan du vent (Hérault, France) : 1 villa (170m2) de standing entièrement climatisée avec piscine et grand jardin de paysagiste. 4-Les Angles (Pyrénées orientales, France) : 2 studios cabine (28 & 30m2) à 100m des remontées mécaniques avec une magnifique vue panoramique sur le lac, le village et les montagnes. 5-Begur (Costa Brava, Espagne) : 1 studio avec terrasse et grande piscine communautaire. 2 petites maisons adossées avec très grande terrasse et piscine communautaire. Ces 3 logements offrent une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer et les falaises de ce village classé comme le plus beau de toute la Costa Brava. Je me soucie du bien-être et du confort de mes locataires et veille à être toujours très réactif et disponible pour toute les demandes de mes invités.
