Carataunas is the smallest town in the Alpujarras area so calm and relax are guaranteed! at the same time is within a few minutes drive from greater villages that offer all kinds of services. Just in from of the apartment there are public sport facilities (i.e. Paddle court).

The Village does not have any shops so shopping must be done in the nearby villages of Orgiva, Pampaneria... best is to arrive to the apartment with food supplies already.
